This drama brings the many legendary and mythical adventures of Ne Zha to life, as it narrates how Ne Zha, son of the Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King Li Jing; and Xiao Long Nu, the princess of the Eastern Seas, work together to slay demons and defeat the evil forces. Although they were initially enemies, the two gradually began to work together to kill monsters and defeat the power of evil spirits.

She is surrounded by a colourful, like-minded staff of unique misfits, none of whom possess the refinement, flattery or tact needed. Yet through a string of mishaps and failures, they gradually find a sense of belonging and purpose, growing together with the owner into an indispensable team and top-shelf restaurant.
